Position: HR Executive

Job Location: Ujjain (Work from Office)

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

- Coordinate and execute the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.

- Administer various HR processes such as performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

- Support employee training and development initiatives.

- Assist in organizing employee events and activities.

- Handle HR-related queries and provide guidance to employees.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role for a minimum of 6 months to 3 years.

- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and legal requirements.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
